30–60 minute walkthrough at your house. We measure, listen, and ask about how you actually use the space. You get a sectioned estimate showing budget per area — cabinets, counters, plumbing, electrical, flooring — not a single vague number.
No pressure to decide on the call. We send the estimate, you review with whoever you need to review with, and you reach out when you're ready.
Once you're moving forward, we walk through finishes — cabinets, counters, tile, paint, hardware. Standard selection is included. Custom design (full layout drawings, custom millwork specs) is an optional separate engagement.
We bring physical samples to your house so colors are seen in your light, not under a showroom's. Decisions don't happen on a phone screen.

Same in-house crew on site from day one. Roughly 70% of work is done by Integrity employees — not a revolving door of subs. Specialty trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are partners we work with on every job.
Every change order is posted to your portal with cost before any work happens. No surprise bills. Every photo and message is timestamped and saved.
Final walkthrough together. Anything off the punch list, we fix. Your 2-year workmanship warranty starts the day we hand off — and we stay available for ongoing support and maintenance questions long after the crew leaves.
Warranty is for our workmanship — products come with their own manufacturer warranties, which we register in your name and post to your portal.
Our standard schedule is 50% deposit, 50% due at completion — a deposit to lock your start date, and the balance when the work is done and you're satisfied at the final walkthrough. Every invoice is itemized in your portal, so the final bill matches the estimate. No surprise charges.
