Why Integrity

We built our business around filling the gaps that homeowners have told us all about.

Unapproved substitutions, surprise bills, contractors who ghost mid-project. We do the opposite.

Our core team is in-house.

About 70% of work is done by Integrity employees — the same crew from demo to final walkthrough. No revolving door of subs.

Client portal for full project transparency

Every client gets a BuilderTrend portal: calendar, invoices, change orders, photos. You see what we see — no surprise bills.

Proactive communication.

We tell you what's happening before you have to ask, with regular updates, clear next steps, and early notice when a schedule detail changes.

Our promise

What you can expect from us.

A spotless job site

All accumulated trash is cleaned up and hauled away — during the project and at the end. We leave your home better than we found it.

Your home, protected

We cover and protect your windows, flooring, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, and fans from dust and overspray before work begins.

Communication with integrity

We always communicate openly and operate with integrity — it's in our name, and it's the thing clients tell us we do better than anyone.

A final walkthrough, together

We do a walkthrough with every client at the end of the project to make sure the work is right and you are genuinely satisfied.

Whole-home reviews

What our whole-home clients say.

Pulled straight from our Google reviews.

"As a recent customer, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Renovating a home is both a financial and emotional decision — it's your home, your investment, and often the largest purchase you'll ever make. I came across Integrity Contracting through a Facebook group where they were repeatedly recommended. I reached out with no expectations, as I had already received quotes from two other contractors. The home I purchased hadn't been updated since the 1980s and was not only outdated, but in many ways, no longer functional. From the very beginning, when I met with Brian (the estimator), I felt heard. I could immediately see the confidence in their work and their willingness to be flexible as I navigated budget considerations and timing. Fast forward to the completion of the project: I now have a house that truly feels like home. Throughout the process, they worked with me when we needed to pivot — whether due to budget adjustments, scope changes, or the timeframe I needed things completed within. I don't take referrals lightly, knowing how much others rely on honesty and integrity (no pun intended). Integrity Contracting exceeded my expectations. They approach their work with expertise, professionalism, and genuine care — and honestly, the crew came to feel like family. They truly live up to their name. I could not have made a better decision. The owner, Caleb, has built a company to be proud of."

"I am so pleased to provide this 5 star review for Integrity Contracting. They were a referral from my flooring contractor MFCO flooring. I unexpectedly had to replace my floors and decided to update my fireplace at the same time. Caleb managed my job, helped me with the design plan and researched gas fireplace replacement options. He and his team coordinated with the flooring team so work went seamlessly and stress free for me. Caleb was always quick to respond to questions and help me with special requests. I checked in nearly daily and Caleb's team was always friendly and informative. As you will see, the final result is absolute perfection, completed on budget and better cost than the other companies I considered. I would not hesitate to recommend Integrity Contracting for any project."

"We can't say enough good things about Caleb and the entire team at Integrity. They did an absolutely amazing job replacing every window in our home, removing all the old rotted wood, and completely redoing the exterior with new stucco and paint — every single square inch was redone. The transformation has been incredible. They truly blew us away with their attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work. We've already recommended them to multiple people, and the response from our neighbors has been unreal — everyone keeps commenting on how great the house looks! If you're considering any home renovation, use Integrity — they do phenomenal work!"

Whole-Home FAQ

Questions we get on every full-house call.

What does "whole-home" mean for pricing?
It usually starts as one room — a kitchen, a bathroom — and grows to the rest of the house. We see this all the time. Once we have access and the dust barriers are up, doing the bedroom or the hallway floors costs less than coming back later.
Do we need to move out?
Depends on scope. For multi-room remodels, most clients stay and we phase the work. For full interior gut, we recommend moving out — usually 8–14 weeks. We'll be honest about which one your project needs.
How long does flooring take?
Single-floor LVP installation is typically 3–5 days for an average home. Hardwood and tile take longer. We coordinate around your move-in schedule if you just bought the house.
Can you handle the design?
For multi-room remodels we coordinate finishes across spaces — that's part of what we do. For full design work (drawings, plans, custom millwork), we bring in a design partner as a separate engagement.
Do you do additions?
We do some additions, but they're not our focus. We do best with renovation inside the existing footprint. We'll let you know on the estimate call if your scope is a fit.
Do you provide an itemized estimate for a multi-room remodel?
Yes — sectioned room by room and by trade, so a project touching several spaces is still easy to read and adjust. Every invoice and approved change order lives in your portal, so the final number matches what you approved.
What warranty comes with a whole-home remodel?
A 2-year workmanship warranty across every room we touch. Products and fixtures carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we register in your name and store in your portal.
