Materials & finishes

The selections we'll guide you through.

From the valve behind the wall to the towel bar, we walk every choice with you — the same checklist we hand every client.

Plumbing fixtures

Toilet style and height, sinks (undermount, vessel, pedestal, or drop-in), and faucets in your chosen finish and handle style.

Shower & tub

Valve and trim kits, shower heads, handhelds, rain heads or body sprays, and the tub — freestanding, alcove, soaking, or jetted — with a filler if needed.

Tile & surfaces

Shower wall, accent, niche, and floor tile; bathroom flooring or waterproof LVP; grout colors; and edge trim (Schluter or bullnose).

Vanity & counters

Vanity style, size, and finish; quartz, granite, marble, or solid-surface tops; hardware; and an optional linen tower.

Lighting & ventilation

Vanity and overhead lighting, recessed cans, shower-rated lights, mirrors, and a quiet — or light/heat combo — exhaust fan.

Glass & accessories

Framed or frameless glass doors, niches, corner shelves, benches, grab bars, towel bars, hooks, and paper holders in matching finishes.

Paint & trim

Moisture-resistant wall color, ceiling color, and baseboard or trim style to finish the room.

Why Integrity

We built our business around filling the gaps that homeowners have told us all about.

Unapproved substitutions, surprise bills, contractors who ghost mid-project. We do the opposite.

Our core team is in-house.

About 70% of work is done by Integrity employees — the same crew from demo to final walkthrough. No revolving door of subs.

Client portal for full project transparency

Every client gets a BuilderTrend portal: calendar, invoices, change orders, photos. You see what we see — no surprise bills.

Proactive communication.

We tell you what's happening before you have to ask, with regular updates, clear next steps, and early notice when a schedule detail changes.

Our promise

What you can expect from us.

A spotless job site

All accumulated trash is cleaned up and hauled away — during the project and at the end. We leave your home better than we found it.

Your home, protected

We cover and protect your windows, flooring, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, and fans from dust and overspray before work begins.

Communication with integrity

We always communicate openly and operate with integrity — it's in our name, and it's the thing clients tell us we do better than anyone.

A final walkthrough, together

We do a walkthrough with every client at the end of the project to make sure the work is right and you are genuinely satisfied.

Bathroom reviews

What our bathroom clients say.

Pulled straight from our Google reviews.

"Integrity Contracting absolutely knocked our bathroom remodel out of the park. From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. They showed up when they said they would, kept the project moving, and treated our home with care and respect. The quality of workmanship is outstanding — every detail feels thoughtfully executed, and the finished space exceeded our expectations. Remodels can be stressful, but Integrity made the entire process smooth and straightforward. If you're looking for a contractor you can truly trust, who delivers high-quality results and takes pride in their work, I can't recommend Integrity Contracting highly enough."

Stephanie Reid Bathroom Remodel

"Integrity did a fantastic job on our master bath remodel. High quality and so professional, personable and constant communication before and during the project. The entire team was excellent, but hat's off to Paul and Matty. Always eager to please and offer suggestions and ideas. We could not be happier and will definitely use Integrity on future renovation projects."

Andrew Habermann Master Bath Remodel

"First, I would like to say that no project is without surprises, especially when it comes to a 100-year-old home with old deteriorating pipes and whatnots. After finding out there was moisture behind the wall in the master bathroom and realizing it would turn into an insurance claim, we hired Integrity Contracting to handle all aspects of the job. No need to look for different tradesmen. Caleb and his team handled every challenge with expertise and a positive attitude. Whenever issues popped up, they explained our options and worked with us to find solutions that fit our needs and budget. It was clear that client satisfaction is important to them, and it made working together a pleasure. The best part is that the finished project looks amazing!"

Bathroom FAQ

Questions we get on every bath call.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost in the East Valley?
We've done bathrooms for $10k and bathrooms for $65k. The drivers are size, whether the layout moves, shower vs tub vs both, and tile grade. After a free in-home walkthrough we send you a sectioned estimate — so you can see exactly what each line costs.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A guest-bath refresh is usually 2–3 weeks. A master bath rebuild with custom tile or layout changes runs 4–6 weeks. We schedule water-off days in advance so you always know which bathroom is usable.
Can I still use my other bathroom during the remodel?
Yes. We schedule water shutoffs to limit them to one bathroom at a time when your home has multiple. If you only have one bathroom, we plan around it carefully.
Do you handle tile selection?
Standard tile and finish selection is included — we will walk you through samples from our trade partners. For custom designs, we can pull in a designer as a separate engagement.
Walk-in shower or keep the tub?
Depends on resale and how you actually live. For master baths where the tub never gets used, removing it usually adds livable bathroom space without hurting resale much. We'll give you a real opinion based on your floorplan.
Do you provide an itemized bathroom estimate?
Yes — sectioned by area (demo, waterproofing, tile, plumbing fixtures, vanity, glass, electrical) so you see exactly what each line costs and where to adjust. Every invoice and approved change order lives in your portal, so the final number matches the estimate.
What warranty comes with a bathroom remodel?
A 2-year workmanship warranty — including the waterproofing and substrate work behind the tile that you never see. Fixtures and finishes carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we register in your name and store in your portal.
